HAWEN (Trilon) has been deeply engaged in the universal motor pulley industry for more than 20 years. Our pulleys are precision-machined from 45# Carbon Steel and 1215 Free-Cutting Steel. We first adopted semi-automatic production processes in 2005, and then put our independently developed fully automatic production line into operation in 2012, realizing the integrated production process from bar stock feeding to finished product forming. This upgrade not only reduces labor costs, but also improves production efficiency while ensuring ultra-high product precision.

Compared with the previous semi-automatic processes, our production efficiency has been increased by 40%, and the product non-conformity rate is effectively controlled below 50 PPM. Amid the fierce market price competition, we have achieved cost reduction and efficiency improvement for ourselves, while also helping our customers maximize profits and expand their mutual market share.

Pulleys produced by HAWEN can mitigate load impact during power transmission; the pulley drive features stable operation, low noise and low vibration. Our products boast a high-precision inner bore with a tolerance of ±0.003mm, and the outer circle runout is controlled within 0.03mm, which ensures the stability and durability of the transmission process. We exercise strict control over material hardness and heat treatment processes, and the product surface roughness can reach Ra1.6 or below, effectively improving wear resistance and fatigue strength.

Through fully automatic online testing equipment, every product undergoes a full inspection of dimensions, geometric tolerances and surface defects before delivery to ensure batch consistency. We have long-term supporting cooperation with well-known domestic and foreign motor manufacturers and won extensive industry recognition. With 20 years of technical accumulation, we continuously optimize material utilization and manufacturing processes. Material Selection

1215 steel is a low-carbon free-cutting steel with excellent machinability, high precision and superior surface finish, making it ideal for manufacturing precision mechanical components.

Core Performance Characteristics

● Superior machinability: Optimized proportioning of sulfur and other alloying elements significantly improves processing efficiency for turning, milling and other machining processes, reduces tool wear and lowers production costs.

● Mechanical properties: Tensile strength ≥420 MPa (partial data reference ≥42 MPa, subject to specific industry standards); Elongation ≥22%; Hardness ≤160 HB.

Inner Bore Tolerance Control

The inner bore tolerance must reach a high precision of ±0.0025mm, which places extremely stringent requirements on processing equipment and process stability. Such a precise tolerance range demands top-tier accuracy of machining equipment (e.g., CNC machine tools), high-quality cutting tools, and stable process conditions (e.g., temperature control, vibration suppression) — any minor deviation may result in product quality defects.

We adopt advanced manufacturing processes to ensure this precision: realized through high-precision measuring instruments (e.g., Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM)), strict process control (e.g., Statistical Process Control (SPC)) and a stabilized machining environment, which guarantees batch production consistency.

Application Value: In precision transmission systems, inner bore tolerance directly affects the fitting accuracy between components and shafts, which is critical to transmission efficiency, noise control and product service life — it is a core technical indicator for high-end manufacturing.

Outer Circle Runout Control

The outer circle runout must be controlled within 0.03mm to ensure stability and durability during transmission. We implement strict control over material performance matching, including material hardness and heat treatment processes; the surface roughness of products must reach Ra1.6 or below to effectively enhance wear resistance and fatigue strength.

45# steel (carbon content 0.42%-0.50%) is a widely used medium carbon structural steel in mechanical manufacturing.

Core Performance Characteristics

It features high tensile strength (≥600MPa) and moderate plasticity, with a yield strength of approximately 355MPa, elongation of about 16% and moderate impact toughness. Its hardness is around HB150-200 in the untreated state. The material has a mixed microstructure of pearlite and ferrite, which balances strength and toughness, making it suitable for manufacturing general mechanical components such as shafts, gears, hexagonal pulleys and more.

Surface Treatment - Self-Developed Fully Automatic Black Oxidation Production Line

Washing machine pulleys are made of metal materials and operate in the humid working environment of washing machines, which will inevitably cause rust and corrosion of spare parts. Our company has a professional and experienced core R&D team; through decades of practical experience and repeated trials, we have developed a customized surface treatment formula for this product, and built a fully automatic black oxidation production line equipped with an integrated fully automatic drying system.

There is no manual contact with products throughout the entire process, which not only enhances the corrosion resistance of products to meet industry standards, but also reduces the risk of product collision caused by human contact and ensures the operational stability of products.

Other electroplating processes such as general electroplating, galvanizing and nickel plating are also available and can be fully customized according to customer requirements.
