Key dimensional control is stable, with core tolerances such as inner bore tolerance maintained at ≤0.005 mm. Full-Process Online Quality Control System

Quality control begins at raw material sourcing, where consistency is strictly managed. During production, online inspection systems monitor critical process parameters in real time, enabling immediate correction of deviations and minimizing human-related variability. As a result, the process yield rate remains at 99.995%, with 100% inspection before shipment.

Environmentally Compliant Materials and Green Manufacturing

HAWEN integrates environmental requirements into material selection and manufacturing processes. Products are manufactured using 1215 low-carbon free-cutting steel to reduce harmful substances. Surface treatment is carried out through a fully automated black oxide process, preventing manual contamination while improving corrosion resistance and reducing waste. All products comply with ROHS, REACH, and other international environmental regulations.

Customized Design and System Compatibility

Based on customer industrial system requirements, HAWEN provides customized and special-shaped designs to ensure proper application fit and operational reliability. Early engineering involvement helps reduce later modifications and testing costs while improving overall development efficiency.

Stable and Flexible Production Capacity

HAWEN operates 10 fully automated production lines, supported by one automated surface cleaning line and one automated black oxide treatment line. Total monthly capacity reaches approximately 5 million units. Current monthly shipments range from 3 to 4 million units, leaving 40%–60% flexible capacity to respond quickly to market and project demands.

Material Selection


7075 Aluminum Alloy Core Performance

Ultra-high Strength: The 7075 aluminum alloy series is one of the highest-strength common aluminum alloys, with a tensile strength far exceeding ordinary mild steel. In the T6 heat treatment condition, its tensile strength can reach more than 560MPa, and the 0.2% yield strength exceeds 455MPa. The typical tensile strength in the T651 condition is 520MPa, with a yield strength of 480MPa.

Excellent Mechanical Properties & Machinability: The alloy features a fine and dense grain structure, which not only improves strength but also enhances deep drilling performance and tool wear resistance. It is easy to machine and has good wear resistance, making it suitable for CNC cutting to manufacture precision parts.

Superb Low-Temperature Toughness: 7075 aluminum alloy maintains excellent toughness in low-temperature environments, making it applicable to extreme environments such as aerospace.

Heat-Treatable Strengthening: Its strength can be further significantly improved through solution treatment and artificial aging (e.g., T6 condition) or step aging (e.g., T73 condition).

Good Anodic Reaction Capacity: The alloy has excellent anodization performance, facilitating surface treatment to enhance aesthetics or provide additional protection.


Process Control


To maintain the operational stability of motors, customers have an extremely stringent requirement of ≤0.03mm for the outer diameter dimension of quick connectors, which places ultra-high demands on processing equipment and process stability. Such a precise tolerance range requires top-tier accuracy of machining equipment (e.g., CNC machine tools), high-quality cutting tools, and stable process conditions (e.g., positioning fixtures, vibration suppression); any minor deviation may lead to product quality defects.

We adopt advanced manufacturing processes to ensure this precision: the requirement is achieved through high-precision measuring instruments (e.g., Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM), Roundness Tester, Profile Measuring Instrument), strict process control (e.g., Statistical Process Control (SPC)) and a stabilized machining environment, which guarantees batch production consistency.

Application Value: In precision transmission systems, inner bore tolerance directly affects the fitting accuracy between components and shafts, which is critical to transmission efficiency, noise control and product service life — it is a core technical indicator for high-end manufacturing.

We exercise strict quality control throughout the production process to ensure the stability and durability of products during use.

Material Performance Matching: Strictly control material hardness and heat treatment processes to effectively enhance wear resistance and fatigue strength.


Surface Treatment - Anodization


As quick connectors are made of aluminum alloy and operate in harsh environments, they are inevitably prone to rust and corrosion without proper treatment. Our company has a professional and experienced core R&D team; through years of practical experience and repeated trials, we have developed a dedicated surface treatment formula for this product, and adopted fully automatic anodization equipment integrated with a fully automatic drying system.

There is no manual contact with products throughout the entire process, which not only enhances the corrosion resistance of products to meet industry standards, but also reduces the risk of product collision caused by human contact and ensures the operational stability of products.

Other electroplating processes such as general electroplating, galvanizing and nickel plating are also available and can be fully customized according to customer requirements.
