This product is precision-machined from 316L stainless steel, and our products are mainly applied in the following fields:
1.Petrochemical Industry: A large number of electrical equipment is used in petrochemical production. Given the extremely hazardous working environment of this industry, the use of explosion-proof union joints helps prevent fires or explosion accidents.

In manufacturing, HAWEN operates a production system built on fully automated lines and online quality monitoring. Raw materials are controlled from the sourcing stage to ensure consistency. All critical machining processes are completed using high-precision automated equipment, with key tolerances such as inner bore tolerance consistently maintained at ≤0.005 mm.
Throughout production, online inspection systems monitor key parameters in real time, allowing immediate correction of deviations and eliminating instability caused by manual operations. This ensures high product consistency under large-volume production, with a process yield rate of 99.995% and 100% outgoing inspection.
Environmental responsibility and compliance are integrated into both material selection and manufacturing processes. Products are manufactured using 1215 low-carbon free-cutting steel to reduce harmful substances. Surface treatment is performed through a fully automated black oxide process, preventing manual contamination while improving corrosion resistance and reducing waste. All products comply with international environmental regulations, including ROHS and REACH.
HAWEN provides customized and special-shaped designs based on customer industrial system requirements, ensuring proper application fit and operational reliability while helping reduce development cycles, testing efforts, and manufacturing costs.
To ensure stable supply, HAWEN operates 10 fully automated production lines, supported by an automated surface cleaning line and an automated black oxide treatment line. Total monthly capacity reaches approximately 5 million units. Current monthly shipments range from 3 to 4 million units, leaving 40%–60% flexible capacity to respond quickly to market demand.

Material Selection
316 stainless steel strip is an austenitic stainless steel material with the following chemical composition (mass fraction): C ≤0.08%, Si ≤1.00%, Mn ≤2.00%, S ≤0.030%, P ≤0.035%, Cr 16.00~18.50%, Ni 10.00~14.00%, Mo 2.00~3.00%. It features excellent corrosion resistance, high-temperature strength and machinability.
The material has a yield strength ≥205MPa, elongation ≥40% and density of 7.93g/cm³. After solution heat treatment (rapid cooling at 1010~1150℃), it is widely used in chemical vessels, food processing equipment, medical devices, marine engineering, architectural decoration and the manufacturing of automotive parts. Thanks to its molybdenum content, 316 stainless steel has significantly better pitting corrosion resistance than 304 stainless steel in chloride environments.
Process Control
Inner Bore Tolerance Control: Achieving a high precision of ≤0.01mm places extremely stringent requirements on processing equipment and process stability. Such a precise tolerance range demands top-tier accuracy of machining equipment (e.g., high-precision turn-mill compound machining machines), high-quality cutting tools, and stable process conditions (e.g., temperature control, vibration suppression, fixture accuracy); any minor deviation may result in product quality defects.We adopt advanced manufacturing processes to ensure this precision: realized through high-precision measuring instruments (e.g., Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM), Roundness Tester, Profile Measuring Instrument), strict process control (e.g., Statistical Process Control (SPC)) and a stabilized machining environment, which guarantees batch production consistency.Application Value: In precision fitting environments, inner bore tolerance and flatness directly affect the mating accuracy between components, which is critical to assembly efficiency and product service life — it is a core technical indicator for high-end manufacturing.

Surface Treatment - Cleaning and Passivation
As the product is made of 316 stainless steel and operates in harsh environments, it is prone to rust and corrosion without proper treatment. Our company has a professional and experienced core R&D team; through years of practical experience and repeated trials, we have developed a dedicated surface treatment formula for this product, and adopted fully automatic passivation equipment integrated with a fully automatic drying system.
There is no manual contact with products throughout the entire process, which not only enhances the corrosion resistance of products to meet industry standards, but also reduces the risk of product collision caused by human contact and ensures the operational stability of products.
Other electroplating processes such as general electroplating, galvanizing and nickel plating are also available and can be fully customized according to customer requirements.
