HAWEN (Trilon) is an enterprise with more than 20 years of deep engagement in the machinery industry. Since 2015, we have focused on the R&D and production of stator cores, which are mainly used for joint protection of robotic arms and in the energy industry. Our stator cores are precision-machined from 20# Carbon Steel and 42CrMo Alloy Steel.
As a fundamental component of various electric motors in the industrial sector, stator cores are applied to robotic arms, compressors and other equipment. They realize high-efficiency electromechanical energy conversion, supporting automated production and process control.
In the energy and power industry, stator cores are widely used in power generation equipment such as wind turbines and steam turbines. The stator cores for wind turbines adopt a special structural design with open skewed slots and ventilation slot plates to optimize heat dissipation, effectively reduce temperature rise and electromagnetic loss, and improve equipment performance and service life.
In transportation and emerging technologies, stator cores are key components of motors for new energy vehicles and servo motors for robots. Their high-efficiency design directly affects the power density and energy efficiency of drive systems. The technical core of stator cores lies in material and structural optimization.

HAWEN continues to invest in automated manufacturing resources to establish a stable production foundation. The facility operates 10 fully automated production lines, supported by an automated surface cleaning line and an automated black oxide treatment line, enabling large-scale and continuous production.

All critical machining processes are performed using high-precision automated equipment. Core dimensional control is stable, with key tolerances such as inner bore tolerance maintained at ≤0.005 mm. Automated execution minimizes human intervention and ensures repeatability and consistency.
End-to-End Quality Management and Data Monitoring
Quality control begins at the raw material sourcing stage, where consistency is strictly managed. During production, online inspection systems monitor key parameters in real time, enabling timely identification and correction of deviations. The process yield rate remains at 99.995%, with 100% inspection before shipment.
Environmentally Responsible Materials and Clean Processes
HAWEN strictly applies environmental requirements in material selection and manufacturing processes. Products are manufactured using 1215 low-carbon free-cutting steel to reduce harmful substances. Surface treatment is carried out through a fully automated black oxide process, preventing manual contamination while improving corrosion resistance and reducing waste. Products comply with ROHS, REACH, and other international environmental regulations.

Based on different customer industrial system configurations and operating conditions, HAWEN provides customized and special-shaped designs to ensure proper application fit and operational reliability. Early engineering involvement reduces later modifications and testing efforts.

Material Selection
45# Carbon Steel
45# Carbon Steel is a high-quality carbon structural steel with a carbon content of approximately 0.42% to 0.50%, belonging to the medium carbon steel category. Its material density is 7.85 g/cm³; its chemical composition includes 0.50%-0.80% manganese, 0.17%-0.37% silicon, with strictly controlled impurity elements such as phosphorus and sulfur.Mechanical Properties & Heat Treatment: It has excellent comprehensive mechanical properties, with a tensile strength of not less than 600 MPa, a yield strength of not less than 355 MPa, an elongation of not less than 16%, and a reduction of area of not less than 40%. Due to its poor hardenability, it is prone to cracking during water quenching and has average weldability — preheating before welding and post-weld annealing are required to relieve internal stress. Quenching and tempering (quenching plus high-temperature tempering) in heat treatment can optimize its performance: the quenching temperature is usually about 840°C, the tempering temperature is 560-600°C, and the hardness can reach HRC 22-34.
42CrMo Alloy Steel
42CrMo is an ultra-high strength alloy structural steel renowned for its excellent comprehensive mechanical properties, and is widely used in industrial fields with high requirements for strength and toughness.Its main chemical composition includes 0.38~0.45% carbon (C), 0.90~1.20% chromium (Cr), 0.15~0.25% molybdenum (Mo), and a small amount of silicon (Si) and manganese (Mn). This composition design endows the material with high strength, good toughness, high hardenability and no obvious temper brittleness. After quenching and tempering, it can obtain a high fatigue limit and resistance to multiple impacts, and also exhibits excellent low-temperature impact toughness.Mechanical Properties: Tensile strength σb ≥1080 MPa, yield strength σs ≥930 MPa, elongation δ5 ≥12%, reduction of area ψ ≥45%, impact energy Akv ≥63 J, impact toughness αkv ≥78 J/cm²; hardness in the annealed state is 147~241 HB, and hardness after quenching and tempering can be controlled at ≤217 HBW.
Process Control
● Bore Tolerance Control: Achieving a high precision of ±0.008mm places extremely stringent requirements on processing equipment and process stability. Such a precise tolerance range demands top-tier accuracy of machining equipment (e.g., CNC machine tools), high-quality cutting tools, stable process conditions and reliable fixtures (e.g., temperature control, vibration suppression); any minor deviation may lead to product quality defects.We adopt advanced manufacturing processes to ensure this precision: realized through high-precision measuring instruments (e.g., Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM), Roundness Tester, Profile Measuring Instrument), strict process control (e.g., Statistical Process Control (SPC)) and a stabilized machining environment, which guarantees batch production consistency.Application Value: In precision transmission systems, bore tolerance directly affects the fitting accuracy between components and shafts, which is critical to transmission efficiency, noise control and product service life — it is a core technical indicator for high-end manufacturing.
We exercise strict quality control throughout the production process to ensure the stability and durability of products during use.

Surface Treatment - Cleaning & Passivation
Stator cores are made of metal materials and operate in harsh environments, which will inevitably cause rust and corrosion of spare parts without proper treatment. Our company has a professional and experienced core R&D team; through years of practical experience and repeated trials, we have developed a dedicated surface treatment formula for this product. We adopt a cleaning and passivation process combined with a fully automatic drying system, with no manual contact with products throughout the entire process. This not only enhances the corrosion resistance of products to meet industry standards, but also reduces the risk of product collision caused by human contact and ensures the operational stability of products.
Other electroplating processes such as general electroplating, zinc plating and nickel plating are also available and can be fully customized according to customer requirements.
