HAWEN (Trilon) has been deeply engaged in the machinery industry for more than 20 years. This product is precision-machined from 316 stainless steel, and our products are widely used in multiple industries:

1.Chemical, Petroleum & Natural Gas Industry: Used to manufacture pipelines, valves, joints and flange press-fit fittings for conveying corrosive media (e.g., acid, alkali, salt solutions, hydrogen sulfide, chlorides), ensuring the long-term safe operation of equipment under high pressure, high temperature and severe corrosive conditions.

2.Marine Engineering Industry: Widely applied in hull structures, deck equipment, anchor chains, propeller shaft connectors and pipeline systems of offshore platforms. Relying on its excellent seawater corrosion resistance, it guarantees the reliability of marine facilities.

3.Environmental Protection & Energy Facilities: Used for pipeline connectors of sewage treatment equipment, waste gas treatment systems, nuclear power plants and wind power equipment, which can effectively resist erosion from industrial waste gas, sewage and complex environments.

Press-Fit Performance Features

● Connection Efficiency: The pipe fittings and pipes are crimped together with specialized tools to form a seal and fixation. The core goal is to ensure the sealing performance, reliability and construction efficiency of the connection, rather than transmitting power or torque.

● Precision Level: Mainly reflected in two aspects: dimensional tolerance control and precision of the connection process.

● Precision of Connection Process: The joint of pipes and fittings is precisely radially compressed with specialized tools to form an interlocking annular groove. This physical sealing method of "radial compression + axial locking" requires no welding or gluing, avoiding the impact of thermal deformation on precision and ensuring the stability and consistency of the connection.

In manufacturing, HAWEN operates a fully automated production system combined with comprehensive online quality control. Strict management begins at the raw material sourcing stage, ensuring consistent material performance. All critical machining processes are completed using high-precision automated equipment, with key tolerances such as inner bore tolerance maintained at ≤0.005 mm.

Throughout production, critical parameters are monitored in real time through online inspection systems. Deviations are detected and corrected immediately, minimizing variability caused by manual operations. As a result, product consistency is maintained even in high-volume production, with a process yield rate of 99.995% and 100% outgoing inspection for all products.

Environmental responsibility is integrated into both material selection and manufacturing control. Products are manufactured using 1215 low-carbon free-cutting steel to reduce harmful substances. Surface treatment is carried out through a fully automated black oxide process, preventing manual contamination while improving corrosion resistance and reducing waste. All products comply with international environmental regulations such as ROHS and REACH.

HAWEN’s R&D team operates with fast response capability, providing customized and special-shaped designs based on customer industrial systems. This approach helps shorten development cycles and reduce repetitive testing and validation costs.

In terms of capacity, HAWEN operates 10 fully automated production lines, supported by an automated surface cleaning line and an automated black oxide treatment line. Total monthly capacity reaches approximately 5 million units. Current monthly shipments range from 3 to 4 million units, leaving 40%–60% flexible capacity to support demand growth and project expansion.

Material Selection

316 stainless steel is a molybdenum-containing low-carbon austenitic stainless steel belonging to the American ASTM standard system. Its key alloying elements include Chromium (Cr), Nickel (Ni) and Molybdenum (Mo).

Typical Chemical Composition (Mass Fraction)

Carbon (C) ≤0.030%, Silicon (Si) ≤1.00%, Manganese (Mn) ≤2.00%, Chromium (Cr) 16.00～18.00%, Nickel (Ni) 10.00～14.00%, Molybdenum (Mo) 2.00～3.00% (low carbon content ≤0.03% is its key characteristic).

Mechanical Properties

Tensile strength ≥480 MPa, Proof yield strength ≥177 MPa, Elongation ≥40%, Hardness ≤187 HB.

Core Performance Features

1.Excellent Corrosion Resistance;

2.Good High-Temperature Stability: 316 stainless steel has excellent oxidation resistance when used intermittently below 1600℃ or continuously below 1700℃. However, long-term continuous use in the temperature range of 800℃～1575℃ should be avoided to prevent performance degradation;

3.Superior Machinability & Weldability: As an austenitic stainless steel, 316 is non-magnetic with good plasticity and toughness, easy to form, bend and deep draw. It has excellent weldability and can be welded by conventional methods (e.g., TIG, MIG) without post-weld annealing, simplifying the production process;

4.Typical Application Fields: Based on the above characteristics, 316 stainless steel is widely used in chemical equipment, marine engineering, pulp and paper machinery, heat exchangers, dyeing equipment, coastal building structures and pipeline systems where high corrosion resistance and reliability are required.

● Inner Bore Tolerance Control: Achieving a high precision of ±0.005mm places extremely stringent requirements on processing equipment and process stability. Such a precise tolerance range demands top-tier accuracy of machining equipment (e.g., CNC machine tools), high-quality cutting tools, and stable process conditions (e.g., temperature control, vibration suppression) — any minor deviation may result in product quality defects.We adopt advanced manufacturing processes to ensure this precision: realized through high-precision measuring instruments (e.g., Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM), Roundness Tester, Profile Measuring Instrument), strict process control (e.g., Statistical Process Control (SPC)) and a stabilized machining environment, which guarantees batch production consistency.

Surface Treatment

This product is machined from 316 stainless steel. After processing, a series of post-treatments are required according to the end use to ensure its performance, corrosion resistance and safety. The core treatment process focuses on removal of machining residues, restoration of surface corrosion resistance and compliance with specific industry standards.
