We manufacture motor casings and pulleys in a wide range of materials: aluminum alloy (ADC12, A380), cast iron (HT250, QT500), and stainless steel (304, 316). For special requirements, we also offer brass and alloy steel options. Material selection is guided by factors like heat dissipation, corrosion resistance, weight, and cost.

What is your MOQ for custom belt pulleys / impellers?

Our standard MOQ for custom-made pulleys and impellers is 500 pieces for first production runs. However, we fully support sample orders (as low as 5–10 pieces) for qualification testing and prototyping. For high-volume production orders (10,000+ units), we offer competitive volume discounts and priority lead times.

How do you ensure product quality and precision?

We are IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 certified, with comprehensive in-house quality control including CMM dimensional inspection, dynamic balancing (G6.3 or higher), material composition analysis by spectrometer, and hardness/tensile testing. We provide full traceability from raw material to finished part and include inspection reports with every shipment.

Can you manufacture parts based on my drawings (OEM/ODM)?

Yes. We are a dedicated OEM/ODM manufacturer. We accept 2D drawings (PDF, DWG) and 3D models (STEP, IGES, SolidWorks). Our engineering team reviews each design for manufacturability and suggests cost-saving optimizations. We also offer reverse engineering services if you have sample parts but no formal drawings.

What is your typical lead time and shipping method?

For custom orders, our average lead time is 15–25 days after drawing approval and material preparation. For standard stock items, we ship within 7–10 days. We offer FOB Ningbo/Shanghai, CIF, or DDP shipping options. Expedited shipping is available for urgent requirements.
