Our tin-plated brass screws boast outstanding electrical performance: the tin plating preserves the excellent electrical conductivity of the brass substrate, while preventing increased contact resistance caused by oxide layers to ensure the stability of electrical connections. It also significantly improves weldability — tin has a low melting point (about 231.9℃) and its surface oxide (SnO₂) is easily broken down, enabling the formation of reliable, low-resistance weld joints during welding. This makes it critical for brass components requiring reliable welding such as electronic parts and electrical connectors. Our products are therefore widely used in the circuit board and semiconductor industries.
Strong Adaptability: The service life of our brass screws can be extended through surface treatments such as brushing and annealing, which further enhance the glossiness and durability of the products.

Automated Production Mechanism
HAWEN has established a manufacturing mechanism centered on fully automated production lines. The facility operates 10 fully automated production lines, supported by an automated surface cleaning line and an automated black oxide treatment line. All critical machining processes are completed using high-precision automated equipment, with key tolerances such as inner bore tolerance consistently maintained at ≤0.005 mm, forming a solid foundation for high-volume, high-consistency production.
Data-Driven Quality Assurance System
Quality control is embedded throughout the production process. Material consistency is managed from the raw material sourcing stage. During production, online inspection systems collect and monitor key process data in real time, enabling immediate identification and correction of deviations and minimizing human-related variability. The process yield rate remains stable at 99.995%, with 100% outgoing inspection for all products.
Environmental and regulatory requirements are integrated into standardized manufacturing management. Products are manufactured using 1215 low-carbon free-cutting steel to reduce harmful substances. Surface treatment is carried out through a fully automated black oxide process, preventing manual contamination while improving corrosion resistance and reducing waste. All products comply with international environmental regulations such as ROHS and REACH.

Based on the operating characteristics of customer industrial systems, HAWEN provides customized and special-shaped designs to ensure application compatibility and operational reliability. Material Selection
Brass is a copper-zinc alloy with a copper content of 60%-90% and a zinc content of 10%-40%, and its density is 8.8~8.9 g/cm³. It features high strength and hardness combined with good wear resistance, and its mechanical properties can be adjusted by modifying the zinc content. The material has a tensile strength ≥390 MPa and an elongation ≥10%, with excellent machinability that sets an industry benchmark, making it ideal for high-speed precision machining and automated production.
Excellent Processing Performance
It has good plasticity in both hot and cold states, easy to perform cold and hot plastic working, and features good machinability, brazing and welding performance.
Process Control
Tolerance Control: Achieving a high precision of ≤0.05mm places extremely high requirements on processing equipment and process stability. Such a precise tolerance range demands top-tier accuracy of machining equipment (e.g., CNC machine tools), high-quality cutting tools, and stable process conditions (e.g., temperature control, vibration suppression); any minor deviation may lead to product quality defects.We adopt advanced manufacturing processes to ensure this precision: realized through high-precision measuring instruments (e.g., Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM), Roundness Tester, Profile Measuring Instrument), strict process control (e.g., Statistical Process Control (SPC)) and a stabilized machining environment, which guarantees batch production consistency.Application Value: In precision transmission systems, inner bore tolerance directly affects the fitting accuracy between components and shafts, which is critical to transmission efficiency, noise control and product service life — it is a core technical indicator for high-end manufacturing.

Surface Treatment - Self-Developed Fully Automatic Electroplating Production Line
As brass screws are made of brass and operate in harsh service environments, they are inevitably prone to rust and corrosion without proper treatment. Our company has a professional and experienced core R&D team; through years of practical experience and repeated trials, we have developed a dedicated surface treatment formula for this product, and adopted fully automatic electroplating equipment integrated with a fully automatic drying system.
There is no manual contact with products throughout the entire process, which not only enhances the corrosion resistance of products to meet industry standards, but also reduces the risk of product collision caused by human contact and ensures the operational stability of products.
Other surface treatment methods such as blackening, zinc plating and nickel plating are also available and can be fully customized according to customer requirements.
