Material Selection


C355 is a cast aluminum alloy belonging to the Al-Zn alloy series, which is commonly used in industrial fields such as die casting molds.The typical chemical composition (mass fraction) of C355 aluminum alloy includes zinc (Zn) as the main alloying element, magnesium (Mg) and copper (Cu) as minor elements, low contents of chromium (Cr) and titanium (Ti), with the remainder being aluminum (Al) matrix. The specific range may vary by supplier, and the zinc content is usually relatively high to enhance the castability and mechanical strength of the alloy.


Process Control


Blade Profile Tolerance: Achieving a high precision of ≤0.1mm places extremely high requirements on mold design and the process stability of die casting equipment. Such a precise tolerance range demands top-tier accuracy of processing equipment (e.g., CNC machine tools, die casting machines, mold control), high-quality cutting tools, stable process conditions and reliable fixtures (e.g., temperature control, vibration suppression); any minor deviation may result in product quality defects.We adopt advanced manufacturing processes to ensure this precision: realized through high-precision measuring instruments (e.g., Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM), Roundness Tester, Profile Measuring Instrument), strict process control (e.g., Statistical Process Control (SPC)) and a stabilized machining environment, which guarantees batch production consistency.

Application Value: Maintaining a high-precision dynamic balance system at high speeds, the blade profile tolerance and inner bore tolerance directly affect the fitting accuracy between components and shafts, which is critical to transmission efficiency, noise control and product service life — it is a core technical indicator for high-end manufacturing.

Surface Treatment - Sand Blasting

Fan impellers operate in a harsh high-speed environment, which will inevitably cause rust and corrosion of spare parts. Our company has a professional and experienced core R&D team; through years of practical experience and repeated trials, we have developed a dedicated surface treatment process for this product and adopted sand blasting for surface treatment, with no manual contact with products throughout the entire process. This not only enhances the corrosion resistance of products to meet industry standards, but also reduces the risk of product collision caused by human contact and ensures the operational stability of products.

Other surface treatment methods such as electrophoresis and spray painting are also available and can be fully customized according to customer requirements.
