C355 is a cast aluminum alloy belonging to the Al-Zn alloy series, which is commonly used in industrial fields such as die casting molds.The typical chemical composition (mass fraction) of C355 aluminum alloy includes zinc (Zn) as the main alloying element, magnesium (Mg) and copper (Cu) as minor elements, low contents of chromium (Cr) and titanium (Ti), with the remainder being aluminum (Al) matrix. The specific range may vary by supplier, and the zinc content is usually relatively high to enhance the castability and mechanical strength of the alloy.
